The offices are located within the building formerly known as Rawaie Al-Maktabat in Jeddah, comprising an entrance lobby and three floors with a total area of 7,228 m², in addition to a basement dedicated to parking. The premises feature shared workspaces with over 480 workstations, nine meeting rooms of various sizes, three versatile interactive rooms, and three training halls, as well as designated lounge areas, self-service stations, control rooms, and utility spaces.

The design follows a contemporary style, incorporating the requirements of a modern work environment with open-plan layouts, ease of movement, ample lighting, and carefully selected colors—creating an attractive and stimulating workplace that enhances focus and boosts productivity
