The project is a design of a modern administrative and commercial building in a prime location, in Al-Takhasosi District, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, on 4,209 sqm. Throughout the design process, the building was created to be environmentally unique and to meet sustainability standards. The aim is to get LEED certification for a building in Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
