The 14-floor hotel, which has 920 rooms, is located at the intersection of Ajyad Street and the Third Ring Road and offers good city views. It is close to important locations and valuable projects, such as the Kudi car parks and the Zamzam water factory. The MSC scope is to design a high-standard hotel residence that meets the highest security and safety standards and the needs of residents for services and facilities. In addition, the project will provide investment opportunities in the rental and operation of hotel units during the Hajj and Umrah seasons. The commercial area on the ground and mezzanine floors is designed to serve Makkah citizens and guests alike, with a variety of shops, international brands, cafés, and modern international restaurants, to maximise the return on investment from the project.
